So many options! The venue is in downtown Charleston. But staying out of the city is great, too. Mt. Pleasant is a 10-15 minute drive. Sullivan's Island, 15-20 minutes away. Isle of Palms 25-30 minutes away. Folly Beach, 30 minutes away.

Not required. Ubers are readily available if you need to get across the city to a surrounding area. Downtown Charleston is a "walking city" though, and very easy to walk everywhere.

We kindly ask our guests to wear black to coordinate for pictures since we are not having a wedding party. Think more "cocktail attire" and less "black tie". Guys - black pants. Black jacket optional. Ladies - black outfit. Dress length doesn't matter.
